But I used to keep it really dark at night when she'd get up except for a nightlight or the TV. Then I'd keep it super light during the day even during naps. This way she learned that dark meant back to sleep, and light meant get up and play! It seemed to work fairly fast too. She seemed to pick up on it by the time she was 3 weeks old or so.<BR/><BR/>Hopefully he is starting to sleep more for you! Soon, if you choose, you can add rice cereal to his before-bed bottle. I swear by it! I even started giving it to Emmie with her middle of the night bottle (around 2 or 3) so that she'd stay asleep till at least 6 or 7. :) Pretty soon, she'd just stay asleep all night! Yay!!!!!! Well, with the exception of waking up with no binky in her mouth... Yikes!
